1. General Policy

Brand Bolo provides digital marketing and creative services that involve strategic planning, research, time investment, and resource allocation.
Once a project or service begins, refunds are generally not applicable due to the nature of our work.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service Cancellation by Client

A client may cancel a service by providing written notice via email at contact@brandbolo.com.

  • For services not yet started: cancellation may be accepted after review.
  • For services already initiated: cancellation is allowed, but no refund will be issued for the portion already completed.
  • If the client delays project communication for more than 15 days, the project may be considered inactive and may be cancelled without refund.

2.2 Cancellation by Brand Bolo

We reserve the right to cancel or pause services if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Required information is not provided
  • Policy violations occur
  • Misuse or unethical activity is detected

In such cases, no refund will be issued for completed work.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled under strict eligibility conditions:

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Ads / PPC campaigns
  • Performance Marketing
  • SEO / SEM services
  • Content writing
  • Website or App development (after project kickoff)
  • Email & WhatsApp marketing
  • Ads management

3.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be issued only if:

  • A payment was made by mistake or duplicated
  • The service has not yet started
  • Brand Bolo is unable to initiate the project due to internal reasons

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.


4. Advance / Retainer Fees

Any advance, booking amount, or retainer fee paid to start a project is non-refundable, as it is used to allocate resources and initiate planning.


5. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party services such as:

  • Hosting
  • Domains
  • Tools & software
  • Ads budget (Google/Facebook/etc.)

are not refundable, as they are governed by the respective third-party policies.


6. Project Timelines & Delays

Project delays caused by:

  • Late responses
  • Missing content
  • Approval delays
  • Scope changes

are not grounds for refunds. Timelines may be extended accordingly.
